Are the existing Fabric Roman Shades and Drapery Panels programs going away?
No, this new collection will be offered alongside our existing Fabric Roman and Drapery Panel collections. 
How is the Soft Treatments program different from the Fabric Roman Shades and Drapery Panels programs?
Our Soft Treatments program is a fully custom program with more options and fabrics available. In contrast, our Fabric Roman Shades and Drapery Panels programs are more streamlined programs that are great for quick, simple consultations or add-ons.
Is the sample book rebatable?
Yes, a rebate is available after you make five sales from the collection.
What is available in Canada?
Draperies are available to order in Canada. Roman Shades are unavailable to order in Canada. 
Will there be product training on this program?
Yes! We will be offering a training webinar on Friday, August 14. We will be emailing you with the details.
When do sample bags ship?
The first 300 bags will ship the week of August 3. After that, all bags will be shipped out starting in early September.
What are the shade and drapery production times?
Production takes 2 weeks. Expect an additional 7-10 days for shipping.
What are the maximum sizes?
​Roman shades: 105” x 120”
Draperies: Up to 10 widths of fabric one way or 20 widths of fabric split draw, with lengths up to 240” long
What control types are available for Roman shades?
Cordless, remote motor, and clutch are available.
Does the program include hardware?
This program does not include hardware, but it is compatible with custom hardware systems, including Rowley.
