Chris and Stephanie John founded Pro Design in 2007 with a vision to help customers grow and succeed through being an innovative and dependable partner to them. They quickly learned that the quality of service and support they gave was as important to their customers as the quality of the products.
As the company grew, the need to build a caring and supportive team informed every decision about our company culture: how to grow, who to invite onto the team, and how to train and motivate them.
