Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery Pack

Due to the recent IATA ruling that requires international air freight shipment of Lithium batteries to be shipped with no more than 30% charge, we must change how we ship orders with Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery Packs.

In order to continue offering the Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery Packs, as of November 21, 2025 these battery packs will now ship from our warehouse in Ohio, separate from your shade order. This will apply to both standard motors and Smart Home Motors.

Please watch for both shade and battery shipments before scheduling your installation for orders placed on or after November 22, 2025. 

To ensure that your shades are operational upon installation, we will begin including battery tubes with shade orders when a Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery Pack is selected. The shades can be powered by the battery tubes until the Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery Pack arrives. Battery tubes can be used with 8 1.5v alkaline batteries.
