INSIDE MOUNT TOP-DOWN BOTTOM-UP SHADES

Thanks to your valuable feedback and a close look at remake trends, we've made an important update designed to benefit both you and your customers. We've taken steps to help avoid common issues and streamline your experience.

Effective July 1, 2025, Inside Mount Top-Down Bottom-Up shades will no longer be available to order with returns. 

This update is being made to help avoid the larger light gaps that can occur on either side of the shade when returns are used for an inside mount.

If returns are needed for an inside mount Top-Down Bottom-Up shade, please order it as outside mount with returns and subtract 1" from the overall width to allow for a 1/2" deduction on each side of the shade.

This change will be reflected in your most recent Inspired Natural Shade product guide, and a warning will also appear in the ordering system to help prevent errors going forward.
