Roller Shade Cordless Update

In 2020, we implemented a Free Cordless promotion for roller shades in an effort to help franchisees increase their profits during the pandemic.  This promotion has always shown as a retail surcharge to the customer, but no cost to the franchisee, and it could be discounted or passed on to the customer at your discretion.

It’s become apparent that the retail surcharge for Easy Lift and Exact Lift Cordless option on Roller Shades has elevated the retail quote to levels that make it difficult to close sales.  As a result, effective Friday, April 25th, Easy Lift and Exact Lift Cordless surcharge will be removed and will be NO CHARGE to the customer or to you, the franchisee.  We believe this will simplify the ordering process and lower the retail price of Roller Shades.

Please revalidate any outstanding quotes.  If you have already discounted the Cordless option on your quote, please remove that discount so that you maintain your margin.
