2024 Chinese New Year Ordering Expectations

Chinese New Year is February 10, 2024. While our factories will observe the holiday, they are working hard to ensure minimal disruptions in production times. We do not expect to see significant delays. 

As we approach the holiday, order confirmations will have expected ship dates adjusted. See below for our recommendations on dates to order by to have orders ship before Chinese New Year. Recommended order dates apply for new orders, remakes, and rush requests. 

Please note, the dates listed below are expected. We will provide updates on individual orders should their ship date extend past the date listed on the confirmation. 

Roller Shades* and Drapery Panels
Place orders by January 27, 2024 to have them ship before Chinese New Year. Order shipments will resume on February 19, 2024.
*Includes Roller Shade Sliding Panels. 

Natural Shades* and Natural Roller Shades**
Place orders by January 26, 2024 to have them ship before Chinese New Year. Order shipments will resume on February 20, 2024.
*Includes Natural Shade Sliding Panels and Folding Doors.
**Includes Natural Roller Shade Sliding Panels. 

Fabric Roman Shades
Place orders by January 15, 2024 to have them ship before Chinese New Year. Order shipments will resume on February 19, 2024.

Dual Sheer Shades
Dual Sheer Shade production times will not be affected by Chinese New Year. ​
