Production Times
Chinese New Year is January 29, 2025. While our factories will observe the holiday, they are working hard to ensure minimal disruptions in production times. We do not expect to see significant delays. Production times are expected but not guaranteed. Production times are estimated for the time it will take your order to ship from our factory after it has been placed. They do not include transit time for delivery. We will continue to provide confirmation updates on existing orders should their production time be affected by this delay. We have also adjusted the programming for open roll shades to make it clearer when bracket covers will be added. If you have a current open quote in Touchpoint for a Natural Roller Shade order with open roll brackets, please revalidate the quote before sending the order through to ensure it aligns with the new programming. Our new system uses Coulisse Absolute Sliding Panel hardware. There is no price increase for this new system. The system uses improved hardware for better installation and operation. Panels glide more smoothly on the new track, ensuring easy passage. When ordering drapery hardware, your order will include everything you need to install the rods and panels. 28” - 48” and 48” - 72” rods will include two installation brackets. 72” - 84” and 84” - 100” rods will include three installation brackets. Pinch Pleat and Ring Ready panels include the number of rings required to install the panel to the rod. How to Order Place orders under the Inspired Shades Drapery Panels with Hardware product in your ordering system. Drapery hardware is only available to order with drapery panels and is not available to order separately. Drapery panels and hardware are placed on the same line item in your ordering system. Each line item will include one rod. Line quantity should equal the number of panels being installed to the rod. There are some limitations and weight restrictions for our hardware, which are outlined in the product guide. For applications that require hardware customization outside of what we offer, please consider ordering from the Aria Collection by Rowley Company.  Top Fabric Decks Roller Shade Collection Top Roller Shade Fabric Decks include our top picks for Light-Filtering, Room-Darkening, and Solar Screen fabrics from the Inspired Shades Roller Shade Collection, shown on 8 1/2" x 11" swatches. Light-Filtering Liners Update Pack Natural Shade Collection We have added new Light-Filtering Liners to the Inspired Shades Natural Shade Collection. These liners offer soft tones that pair better with light color fabrics. They include a true bright white option, as well as a lighter tone of beige and gray. These liners are now available in your ordering system.
