Privacy Channels (US only) Launching April 8, 2025 Starting April 8, Privacy Channels will be available to order. Privacy Channels help close the gaps on the sides of the shades. Please be sure to note that while this option helps block some light, it should not be considered a total light blocking solution. If a total light block solution is required, we do not recommend this product. >> Download Privacy Channels Product Feature  How to Order Within 'Inspired Shades Roller Shades' Product Orders can be placed directly on the Roller Shade line item. When ordered this way, privacy channels will be rough cut* and priced to the size of your window up to 93” x 93”. *When ordered with shades, channels are provided with an extra inch on each channel, allowing you to trim the channels for a precise fit. Within 'Inspired Shades Parts and Accessories' Product For a more cost effective solution or for retrofitting previous orders, you can also place orders for Privacy Channels under our new product: Inspired Shades Parts and Accessories. Within this product, we offer the option for 48" and 94" standard channel lengths, allowing you to cut the channels to your desired size.  Privacy Channel Details Privacy channels are PVC side channels that install to the sides and sill of your window opening. They are designed to enhance privacy for roller shades. Orders include all necessary components to assemble into a U configuration* for the sides and sill of your window opening. *Your privacy channels will arrive as L pieces which stack together to form the U shape. The shade raises and lowers within these channels, minimizing visibility through the edges and providing a more enclosed appearance. Our privacy channels can be ordered with any shade configuration to suit your needs. However, for the best performance and seamless operation, we recommend pairing them with a square cassette, heat-sealed hem bar, and remote motorized control. Channels provide coverage of 1 5/8”. Privacy channels ship from our production facility in Ohio, and will arrive separately from shades.  Privacy Channel Colors

Please note, the updates listed below apply for Inspired Shades motorization only and do not apply to Smart Home Motors. Remote Motor USB-C Charging Ports All Inspired Shades Remote Motors are being updated to charge with a USB-C charging port. Remote Motors ordered from the Dual Sheer Shade Collection are now using USB-C charging ports. The rest of the Inspired Collections will follow as each factory runs through their inventory of the micro-USB motors. Hand Held Remotes The hand-held 15 channel Inspired Shades Remotes have a new design and are available in both white and black. The new remotes feature a sleek design with added functionality including backlit LED Screen and AAA battery power. With the introduction of the new multi channel remotes, we will be discontinuing the single channel remote. This transition is expected to begin April 2025.  Stay Updated
Our factories will transition to the new motor options as they deplete their current inventories. Because of this, changes will occur by collection. Follow the link below to access the tracking tab. >> Motorization Transition Timeline  Effective today, we have updated ordering systems for Drapery Hardware with Panels. See below for details of how to place orders in the new configuration. This was a necessary step to correct some pricing issues between PIC and Touchpoint. The new configuration of this product ensures it displays the correct price for drapery panel hardware. Moving forward, the prices below will be reflected in your ordering system. Rods, rod installation brackets, and rings for pinch pleat and ring ready panels are included in the retail hardware prices. How to OrderPlace orders under the Inspired Shades Drapery Hardware with Panels product in your ordering system. Drapery hardware is only available to order with drapery panels and is not available to order separately. Drapery panels and hardware are placed on the same line item in your ordering system. The order quantity will be based on the number of requested drapery rods. One Way or Split Draw will determine the number of panels received. One Way will be one panel per rod, while Split Draw will be two panels per rod. Training Videos

Chinese New Year is January 29, 2025. While our factories will observe the holiday, they are working hard to ensure minimal disruptions in production times. We do not expect to see significant delays. Production times are expected but not guaranteed. Production times are estimated for the time it will take your order to ship from our factory after it has been placed. They do not include transit time for delivery.
