Emergency Freight Surcharge Reduction

Please note that starting on Tuesday May 30th, our per shade freight surcharge will be reduced from $12 to $10 for all Inspired Shades roller shade, fabric roman shade, drapery panel, and natural shade products. 
 
We have been working hard this year to reduce our freight costs, but fuel surcharges have remained high, and it has not been an easy job to extract concessions from the freight companies. Commercial airline to Asia activity is far below pre-pandemic levels, which greatly reduces available capacity. UPS is also renegotiating their labor contract with the Teamsters and has no appetite to discuss cost reductions until that is resolved.
 
We do believe that we will make further progress on cost reductions in the next few months, but it is a slow process. We thank you for your continued support and patience and are committed to securing the best possible costs and service levels for your business.
