Improved cassette Brackets

Cassette Improvement 

Last year, we introduced a new roller shade cassette with improved installation and functionality.

The new cassette and brackets allow the back of the cassette and the shade fabric to sit closer to the window with a minimal gap. The cassette also includes a light blocking strip at the top of the cassette, which helps reduce light leak for inside mount shades.

We have now made additional improvements to the design of this system: 

1. In the current design, there are small and large sizes of the cassette brackets based on the cassette size being ordered. With this improvement, all cassette sizes have been reworked to fit with one universal bracket. 
2. In the current design, face mount installations require the use of cassette grips to keep the cassette from tipping forward in installation. With this improvement, the bracket has been redesigned to prevent face mounted cassettes from tipping forward and does not require cassette grips.

Remakes

Shades that require a remake will use this new cassette and bracket system.

Because the new system uses a resized bracket, existing brackets will not fit to the cassette. Please be sure to use the brackets provided with remade shades for the installation.
