Over the past several weeks we have implemented several changes across our collections. In this post, you will find a summary of each change.
We thank you for your patience with us as we navigate through complications with freight and inventory stock outs and apologize for the inconvenience caused by these issues.
LIDO FABRICS ON ORDERING STOP
We have identified technical issues with the Lido fabrics that are causing the pattern to curl and not fold correctly. All three colors have been placed on ordering stop until further. notice.
The following fabrics while different in texture are comparable in color.
shade handling charge
Effective May 17, 2021 our shade handling surcharge increased to $8.00 per unit. The surcharge will remain in place for at least 90 days from the effective date.
This surcharge applies to all of our collections except the Dual Sheer Shade Collection.
smart home collection motor stock
Our stock of Smart Home Collection motors has been depleted for our shade collections.
Until our motor stock has been replenished, please consider ordering motor ready shades from our collections and purchasing Smart Home Collection motors from Rowley or ordering our standard motor options.
For motor ready orders, the Smart Home Collection motors listed below are compatible with shades from our collections:
Please note, the Lithium Ion Motor is not available through the online catalog for the Smart Home Collection. Please call Rowley directly to place orders.
Additionally, the MT01-1325-069002 (available in the catalog) is compatible with our motors. However, the minimum width is different. Please assume a minimum width of 30" if utilizing this motor for motor ready shades.
DHL have severely restricted their volumes, shipment sizes, and weights allowed for new shipments. This is due to the extreme increase in skidded cargo shipments being shipped by air rather than by sea.
As a result, we have stopped shipping DHL until the situation improves. All shade orders will now be shipped through UPS and FedEx until DHL has cleared their back log of shipments and is able to offer the service level we expect.
shade width requirement
We are unable to accept shade orders over 98" in width until further notice. This applies to all Inspired Shades products.
This change is due to the fact that we are now shipping with UPS and FedEx, and they have maximum shipping restrictions that are different than DHL.
