SLIDING PANELS AVAILABLE TO ORDER

Sliding panels are now available to order again from our Roller Shade and Woven Wood Collections.

We have made some adjustments to the options and logistics for sliding panels. See below for details. 

ROLLER SHADE VALANCE OPTIONS
We have discontinued the dust cover valance for Roller Shade Sliding Panels. As an alternative, we suggest ordering our Box Valance or Fabric Valance. Our product guide has been updated to reflect this change and can be downloaded below. 

The Woven Wood valance option will remain the same. 

SHIPPING
To expedite the shipping process for sliding panels, we have changed the way they are shipped. Fabric panels and valances will be shipped directly to you from the factory. Tracks will be shipped directly to you from the fabricator. 

This means your sliding panel order will now arrive in two parts. You will receive separate tracking information for the panels and valances and separate tracking information for the tracks. Please make sure all the parts of your order are received before scheduling installations. 

With this new shipping process, the production time for sliding panels will match the standard production time. Up-to-date production times can always be found in the Franchisee Toolkit.
